After four years, the Sales team was finally able to hold the BMA Agents Meeting once more as an in-person event. Invitations went out to all BMA agents across the globe, and 60 agents and BMA employees ultimately travelled to Wolfsburg.
The BMA Agents Meeting is a key platform for exchange with our network of agents, to share the latest news and developments in the sugar industry. It is also an opportunity to collectively address local challenges, discuss them and find possible solutions.
Head of Sales Hendrik Wiesner and CTO Uwe Schwanke officially opened the event. A set programme of eight presentations and 15 workshops followed, covering the areas sales, after-sales, engineering, automation and digitalisation.
There was plenty of opportunity for exchange and knowledge sharing on a range of topics during the workshops and presentations.
The BMA Agents Meeting concluded with a panel discussion between all expert speakers from BMA, who directly answered questions from the participants.
