BMA now also on WhatsApp – current news directly on your smartphone

As of now, you can follow BMA also via our new WhatsApp channel, where we will regularly share compact news, insights and incentives from the world of BMA directly on your smartphone. It isn’t about another newsletter – our WhatsApp channel is destined to inform you faster and more directly by sending short updates on current projects, innovations, and events as well as interesting insights into service, project management and our customers’ practice. 

What to expect on BMA’s WhatsApp channel? 

We are going to take up topics that are relevant for our customers, partners and users. This includes the latest developments from the sugar and process industry, BMA news, special projects and solutions, practical experience as well as short insights into our daily work. WhatsApp will augment our existing communication channels by a very direct format: compact, up to date and practically relevant. 

A channel, no group chat  

Our WhatsApp offer is a WhatsApp channel and no group chat. Its focus will be on BMA-published content, and our subscribers can follow the channel without revealing their phone number to other subscribers. 

Please note: The WhatsApp channel is not intended for operative concerns or concrete individual cases, which deal, for example, with spare parts, deliveries, current service topics, or applications. For all this, please keep on addressing your contact persons at BMA using familiar communication paths.
