By taking on these new apprentices, trainees and students on dual vocational degrees, BMA clearly demonstrates the importance of professionally training young, motivated people. One part of the welcome day for our new colleagues was a tour of the premises, taking in key areas. Dr Mayer of the Board of Directors himself dropped in during the welcome event, taking the opportunity to wish all apprentices, trainees and students the best of success for the start of their practical training.
