Smart enough?

The sugar industry in the digital age.

Digital transition is in full swing. It has an impact on humans and machinery in all kinds of ways and is accompanied by profound and far-reaching changes. Digital technologies offer unprecedented opportunities also for the sugar industry. But what does that mean – for your production processes, for instance? What is really behind these new business models? And what effect will it have on corporate culture?

These are the issues we would like to discuss with you in an exclusive, international circle. We would therefore like to invite you to a 1-day symposium on “The sugar industry in the digital age”.

++ 23 November 2018 ++ 09:15 ++  in Braunschweig, Germany ++

Keynote speaker Professor Dr Klemens Skibicki will address “Digital transition – more a matter of the mind than of technology”.

And you can look forward to hearing other engaging speakers, whose presentations will be focusing on different aspects of this subject. We will have lunch together and then BMA’s workshops will be open for an afternoon visit. You will gain an impression of the technologies and methods used in the networked production of special machinery.

We hope you find our ideas inspiring and will use this opportunity for information sharing and networking among experts and senior managers. Have we got you interested? Then why not take a look at the events programme and save the date today! You could also register online now – please fill in the registration form below. There is no conference fee. You will only need to pay for your travel and accommodation.
