The machinery and equipment supplied by BMA are naturally also put into operation by our own expert staff. We provide instructions and on-the-job training for our customer’s operating and maintenance staff upon request, as part of our commissioning services. The factory staff instruction programme concentrates on aspects such as machinery operation, troubleshooting, servicing, and plant safety. Other items of our training programme are the briefing of new staff members and the professional development of the factory’s regular staff.
 
BMA Assistance offers on-the-spot machinery overhaul, maintenance and repair, which is performed by experienced BMA service technicians. All maintenance work is carried out during production downtimes, by arrangement with our customers. BMA’s workshops are available for major machinery overhauls and for re-producing the required spare parts.
 
We plan and coordinate the assignment of our staff for commissioning, servicing and trouble shooting jobs. Here we rely on close cooperation with our customers, as these jobs have to be timed to fit into a factory’s production schedule.
 
From time to time, BMA organises user seminars. These focus on plant and system operation requirements or provide information on process technology issues.
