Here you can find the answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the spare parts webshop

Initial registration:
To gain access to the Banner BMA webshop, a one-time initial registration in the store is required. You can perform the initial registration here or you can click on "Register" and "Create B2B webshop account". In the course of the initial registration you have to enter your personal data and choose a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. For a successful initial registration, all mandatory fields must be filled in.
If you are already a BMA customer, please enter your BMA customer number. If you are a new customer, please provide your VAT ID.

 


Login:
If you already have a BMA B2B-Webshop account, you can log in directly here with your e-mail address and password.

 

For the initial registration you need only a few moments. You can complete the initial registration here. We will then check your data as quickly as possible. The following day, you will receive access to the BMA B2B webshop. 

 

 

 

You can have your password reset. To do this, please click on "Forgot password" in the login area and enter your mail address. You will receive an mail with a link with which you can reset your password.

 

You cannot change or update your data in the BMA B2B Webshop yourself. If you want to change your stored data, please let us know. You can use the contact form for this purpose or reach us as follows:

The data change will be visible in the BMA B2B Webshop on the following day.

However, the change of the order request is not visible in the BMA B2B-Webshop.

There is no right of return or right of withdrawal for the order in our B2B store and especially for assembled products. Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery are valid. You can find the GTC here. 

 

Please inform us in case of a complaint. We are convinced that in case of a justified complaint, we will find a satisfactory solution for you. Please note the separate procedure for transport damage under the next point.

 

If the package already shows external damage upon delivery, you have the right to refuse acceptance. If you notice a transport damage only after unpacking, please contact us by phone (Tel. 0531 804 0) or by mail.
