Let’s head to Honduras

The end of August is, once more, a time to mark in your calendar: sugar technologists from Honduras and other Central American countries will hold the joint ATACA/ATAHON congress from 22 to 25 of the month. As in previous years, BMA will be attending the event.

It will be the 20th Honduran congress (ATAHON) and already the 21st meeting for the Central American sugar technologists. This year’s key topic will be the industry’s process efficiency against the background of climate change.

During the sessions, BMA will present a paper on the following topic:

Achieving better efficiency with steam saving and controlled crystallization
Dr. Andreas Lehnberger, Michael König

Our colleagues from BMA Sales are looking forward to many interesting discussions about exciting developments in the Central American sugar industry, and to the many familiar faces. The event will be held at San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
