BMA supplies E1810 centrifugals to sugar factories in Ukraine

Over the past ten years, BMA has successfully commissioned more than 200 centrifugals in Ukraine. At the Podillya Foods Company and the Gorodishche-Pustovarovsky sugar factory, we have installed the new generation of control systems featuring smart.monitoring. This monitoring service lets factories access live operating data from E1810 batch centrifugals, at any time and from anywhere.
What does smart.monitoring offer?
As digital transformation progresses, the storage and processing of machine operating data are gaining in importance. That applies in particular to the sugar industry, which uses batch centrifugals to separate sugar crystals from the mother liquor at high speeds. To ensure this process runs at an optimum, it is therefore essential to keep an eye on operating data at all times. The smart.monitoring service from BMA permits the detailed analysis of current machine data, with the aim of increasing efficiency in operation. Even from a remote location, machines can be continuously monitored and ways of optimising production identified.
