French fries processing

BMA has been at the forefront of French fries processing since the 1950s, and still supplies standalone equipment as well as small capacity semi-automatic lines and complete turnkey processing plants with capacities of up to 25 tons/hour for either standard size or fast food French fries. BMA provides complete potato specialty processing lines for potato mash, hash browns or pommes duchesse type products, as well as potato flake lines, to ensure the optimum use of the byproducts of French fries production as value-added products.
Our completely automated French fries processing lines are available at capacities ranging from 1,000 kg/hr up to 25,000 kg/hr of finished product. Since all major French fries producers have their own company standards, the BMA Florigo fryers have been designed in such a way that they can be optimally tailored to customer-specific requirements. BMA French fries processing lines handle the complete process, starting with the washing, de-stoning and peeling of the raw potatoes and finishing with the frozen French fries. BMA works closely with a number of top manufacturers of optical sorting and packaging equipment to complement its processing lines. BMA uses standardized and modular equipment, but each line is tailor-made to customer requirements.
All BMA equipment is manufactured to the latest European hygienic and safety standards.
