Judgement passed in arbitration proceedingsOn 9 January 2012, a US arbitration court passed a judgement which requires BMA to take back a large dryer and reimburse the customer for the price of several million euros plus interest. All further claims the customer has made, in particular the extremely high claim for compensation, have been dismissed. Further details of the verdict are going to be studied and assessed more closely. BMA has faired the financial and economic crisis well. BMA AG and BMA Automation together at Fenasucro 2011The 19th Fenasucro trade fair was held in Sertãozinho, Brazil, between 30 August and 2 September 2011. BMA was there! At this year's Fenasucro fair we were for the first time represented with our own stand, at which BMA AG and BMA Automation could together present their extensive product and service portfolio for the cane sugar industry to the highly interested trade visitors.
